With a jolt of energy coursing through your body, you felt yourself starting to fall to the ground. You squeezed your eyes shut, preparing to slam against the floor and as soon as you did, you opened your eyes only to see pavement below you. With a shaky breath, you lifted your head and your eyes bugged out slightly, in front of you was a reinforced wooden fence with dozens of bullet holes and at least half a dozen arrows dotting the width of the structure. You turned your head and spotted a young Clementine playing with her few toys, namely crayons and chalk at this moment. Next to her sat Duck, messing with a toy figure of a dinosaur.

Above the children, you immediately locked your eyes and a short Asian-American woman. You carefully got you your feet, and Carly finally seemed to notice you, she flashed you a friendly smile and weakly gave you a wave. She looked tired, and even a touch sad, which wasn't hard to understand, seeing as the motor inn was in disrepair, supplies were low, and morale was nearly at rock bottom. Carly kept her eyes on you for a few more minutes before turning to look out in the woods, now resting her cheek on her hand as she continued to rest against the railing.

You took a few more steps and noticed Ben atop the RV with a rifle on his lap, nervously snapping his head at different directions, doing his best not to miss anything coming towards the camp, living or dead. Below him, on a sofa, sat Kenny's wife Katjaa, the older mother warmly smiled towards you, giving you a once over with her eyes, more than likely to make sure you were in good shape. Seeing at the veterinarian had become the doctor and mother to the group as a whole, this was entirely expected.

Suddenly you heard a voice that made you jump, "John, when you got a second, I need to talk to you. It's important," Lilly's gruff voice said from the entrance to her bedroom. You turned your head, locking eyes with the brown-haired woman, she always seemed perminitely pissed off, but at this moment you could at least tell she wasn't mad at you. You gave a quick nod, and the brunette backed away, giving her door a small push behind her, leaving it just slightly ajar.

You let out a long breath and gave the whole motor inn one more long look, thinking about each of the three women. Katjaa wasn't likely to cause much fuss or stress if you went to her, in fact, you imagined the woman could only bring stress relief. Then again, Lilly asked to speak with you, and maybe you could be her stress relief because god knows that woman needs it. However, Carly did look like she could use a pick me up, and maybe giving the woman a little attention would do wonders for you both.
