Wait, Helen has a debriefing!

Patty answered her phone and talked briefly, then spoke up. "Helen, the installation team are back from Pacific Silverline. They're just off the airport shuttle and are asking about debriefing."

Helen looked at Rick. He nodded an "OK" at her.

Helen said to Patty, "Let's take care of that right away. They must be very tired. Could you have Rory bring her bag and meet us in the small conference room by the kitchen? Have Ce Ce bring in a tray in 15 minutes. Don't bother with the projector, I'll get an oral summary."

Helen took the receiver from Patty. "How was your flight? That bad, hm. Do you want anyone else for debriefing? OK, just tell Patty, she'll send 'em if they're free. Thanks." She handed the phone back to Patty.

"Rick," she said, "Roy, Hal, and Dana are three of our best on-site people for doing installations and working with the customer. But at a customer site, and with the hours they've been working, they've had hardly a chance for stress relief. I'm going to get a quick summary of their trip, but basically I'll be getting the lady and gentlemen off and sending them home to sleep."

"Mm-hm," Rick acknowledged. "Sounds like your techniques keep you especially busy," he said.

"I couldn't miss a debriefing from a visit to our biggest account," Helen said. "Do you want to be there? I could have Patty set up an A/V link in my office and get you some coffee, if you just want to watch."
