WM Day 11 - Trouble

What you found in Annette’s house is obviously very bad. You and Adella put everything back the way it was and leave the room, only to find that no one is home. There’s no sign of Jane or Annette.

Heavy gray clouds threaten rain as you and Adella make your way back to Camp Crystal Lake, where you find all the girls from the losing teams glumly eating breakfast in the rickety dining hall. You join them. The good feelings from last night are gone. You and Adella are very in sync. You’re good that way. You’re on the same page. You want answers.

After you’ve eaten and changed, you disregard the rain and move through the forest. This time you aren’t going to Annette’s house, you’re going back to FUTA campus, the soccer camp. There, after half an hour of searching, you find Jane, supervising some workers who are building some kind of set for next week’s craziness.

You watch her talk to a girl in one of the FUTA uniforms: black shorts and a pink top, and once she’s gone, you and Adella swoop in.

Jane doesn’t look surprised to see you.

“Ladies,” she says, her eyes mainly on you. You blush. You can’t help it. You showed her a side of yourself last night that even Adella hadn’t seen.

But you aren’t here to flirt.

“You want to tell us about that room in the house?” you demand, grabbing her blouse. Adella helps you menace her.

“What are you talking about?”

“There’s like a creepy voyeur room,” you say. “Someone was probably watching us last night. Probably Annette, I guess.”

“What?”

“The mirror is fake. There is a another room,” Adella explains.

Jane considers that. “Wow,” she says, although she doesn’t look very alarmed.

“Explain it,” you say, giving her a little shake.

“Guys,” she says, looking at you like you’re crazy. “It’s not my house. It’s Annette’s. I’m sure you have questions, but you should take them up with her.”

That’s a good point. You let go, still feeling suspicious. Why isn’t she more bothered by this?

“Lisa’s working today. She’s Annette’s secretary. Go see her. Schedule an appointment. I’m sure she’ll be happy to talk to you,” Jane goes on.

You exchange a look with Adella. You aren’t scheduling anything.

Annette is not owed any courtesy in this situation. She owes you answers. You get that FUTA is a very horny thing, but luring you to her house with Jane to watch you? What if she recorded it? It doesn’t matter if she’s the boss or not. You and Adella will still kick her ass if she doesn’t have a good explanation.

You go to the admin building and distract Lisa while Adella looks at the schedule. Annette will be home this evening, so that’s when you’ll stop by and see her.
