Venus Investigates

As much as Venus would have liked to have the help of the archer and the priestess, she knew that she couldn't just leave someone who might be in danger. Rising from her hiding spot, she drew her sword, crouching low as she moved through the treeline toward where she thought she had heard the voice. The huntress moved as quickly as she could while still remaining quiet, not wanting to alert anyone to her presence until she had time to figure out what exactly was happening. She heard the cry again, and again, coming from one of the village huts.

Confident that no one was nearby, Venus approached the hut and peeked into one of the windows, her eyes going wide with shock and disbelief at what she saw. The woman was on the ground on her hands and knees, sweat slicked blonde hair sticking to her face and her naked body as she moved back and forth. The bugbear was crouched down behind her, fucking her. And from the look on the village woman's face, she was loving every minute of it. Her cries were clearer now, husky moans of “Please! More! Oh gods, I'm burning up!”

Staying still, not wanting to move for fear of drawing the bugbear's attention, Venus instead examined the beast. Muscular and savage, the monster must have stood at least 7 feet at his full height, though probably a bit more. Coarse brown hair covered most of its body, and its mouth was full of long, sharp, fangs. He was apparently very focused on his task, large hands gripping the girl's hips as he hammered his cock into her, breathing heavily through his dark bear-like nose, hence the name bugbear.

The entire situation was.. strange. Venus couldn't begin to fathom why this woman was begging to mate with the bugbear. She needed to bring Meer and Hilde back to help her figure out what was going on and then deal with it. However, before she could move, the huntress felt a sharp pain in her neck. Her hand reflexively rose to touch it, finding a slender wooden dart stuck into the soft flesh of her throat. Wincing, she pulled it out, turning toward the source of the attack as she began to feel a bit dizzy.

Standing 10 feet away was a kobold, a small creature, only a little over two feet tall, covered in rust brown scales. Its tail was naked and rat-like, its head vaguely similar to that of a dog's, but with two small horns sticking out. It clutched a blowgun in its hands, letting out a hissing laugh as Venus felt her dizziness grow, fatigue following shortly behind. She tried to start toward the little monster to cut it down but stumbled, the strength leaving her legs. Falling over, her blade slipped from her hands as they failed to obey her anymore, and an incredible lethargy drew her slowly and inexorably into unconsciousness as the kobold began to approach.
