VC - Consequences

You just assumed that Annie would have been creampied nonstop by Viti ever since she brought her here. After all, Viti’s not that hard to get off, and you remember how Demi didn’t waste any time. She made sure that you knocked her up on your wedding night.

But hey… wait a second. Annie was fucking some guy that night. That’s why you had to take over. So…

“And?” you ask, shrugging. “It’s not like you’re celibate, Annie.” How can she know that you're the one responsible?

“I’m on Demon Birth Control, you dumb, human bitch,” she snarls. “Only a human’s seed could impregnate me.”

“You’re sure you didn’t just have sex with your wife?” you ask weakly.

Annie smiles, showing you all her pointy, demon teeth.

You nervously look over at Demi, who’s resting her chin on her hand, gazing at you.

“I want a lawyer,” you say.

Demi smiles. Sometimes you forget that she’s a demon. She’s trying not to laugh. You feel some relief. Not much. But she’s not mad at you at least. She thinks this is hilarious.

You aren’t so sure.

“Just like old times,” she says to Annie, who gives her a fierce look. “It’s not the first time we’ve shared, Annie.”

“Shared! She pretended to be Giovani!”

Demi makes a face. “You’re still fucking that asshole?”

“He’s got a big dick,” Annie says defensively.

“Did she like it?” Demi asks you.

“Shut up,” Annie snaps.

“Why are you so pissed? You got what you wanted,” Demi says.

“I had a schedule!”

“Fuck your schedule,” Demi says, waving her hand. “It’s your fault. You got in over your head. Bringing in a human that my wife knows? You were asking for trouble. Just send her back.”

“Send her back? You think she’s the problem? I’m pregnant and I’m a manager! I can’t work while I’m pregnant! I have bills to pay!”

“How bad can it be?” you ask, baffled.

“I’ll lose my house!” Annie yells.

You scratch your head. “But isn’t Viti a huge source of energy?” She’s a human like you. She should be.

“She’s pregnant too! The baby gets the energy!”

“Oh,” you say. “I didn’t know that. Is that a thing?” you ask Demi, who nods.

“You really have that much debt?” she asks Annie. “Why?”

“I don’t have to tell you that!” Annie rages.

But you kind of get it. There’s definitely a lot of like… dick-comparing in the Demon World. Annie and Demi have a rivalry and everyone is keeping up appearances. Hell, you did dumb stuff just to get your little spa built. You get it. Annie's over-borrowing so people think that she's super successful.

“I’m so fucked,” Annie says, putting her pink face in her hands and sniffling.

You stiffen up, feeling a lump form in your throat. You didn’t mean to cause this much trouble for her. And it can’t be undone. But…

“I’m not sorry,” you say. “I care about Viti. She wanted to go back.”

“She can’t go back!” Annie shouts, slamming a hand on the table. “You idiot! She’s fucking pregnant! Don’t you know anything about her? About her family? You can’t send her back to that pregnant out of wedlock! Are you out of your fucking mind? I care about her too!”

Oh, Jesus. You sit back in your chair, feeling sick.

You were just trying to help. Oh, man… if only you could have known somehow that a plot involving burglary and impregnation could possibly turn out so complicated…
