Update to Policy

Tuesday's lunch service was as busy as always. Sarah recognized George's cock, and Al's, so she assumed she worked her way through their entire office again. The note continued. "This week's tour with the Regents was very successful. They were very impressed with our teaching, our research, and the impact we are having on the field. They were also impressed that enrollment in our department is going up."

"The Regents also thought our glory hole was excellent. Kudos specifically go to Sarah Osbourne, who was working that shift."

Sarah wasn't sure if she should be proud or embarrassed.

"Finally, they suggested a change in glory hole policy, which we will be implementing now. Next week we have hired a professional photographer to come in and take some head shots. These photos will be displayed at the glory hole so that the gentlemen visitors can have an image of who is on the other side. The Regents pointed out that men are often visually inspired, and felt that this would improve the experience."

Sarah felt her heart sink. This was just too degrading. She went to Natalie's office to talk about it.

As soon as she came in, Natalie said, "I know, I'm not happy about it either. Now I have to encourage that fucking ex of mine to call me a bitch? That sucks!"

"What can we do about it?" asked Sarah. "Can't we just say no? I don't want men to see photos of me."

"Our hands are tied," said Natalie. "Actually, this was the compromise, believe it or not. The original proposal was to have us each come up with a list of things we liked and didn't like for guys to call us -- and, ewww, still encourage the guys when they said things on the don't-like list."

"Oh geez," said Sarah. "I can't believe that Ed would go along with that."

"Hah, it was that bastard's idea. Him and Elizabeth, that shrew on the Board. I don't know what her problem is, but she's as bad as the rest of them. Anyway, we got off comparatively easy, just a few photos, no big deal."
