Julien picked up the thing. It weighed a bit more than he would have thought. The dimensions we're 15 inches by 11 inches by 2 inches.

"It opens up too. The catches are here," James said point to a sliding piece of plastic on one side of the thing, then pointing to the matching slide on the other, "and here."

Julien grunted his acknowledgement and opened the thing up. It flipped open like a book. One side had a blank screen, the other a keyboard with odd symbols.

"I think the symbols are letters from some long dead language." James said. "I'm assuming that it is some type of data entry device."

Julien grunted again. "Does it turn on?"

"After who knows how many years on a river bank? I'm surprised it's in as good condition as it is."

Julien snapped the thing closed, "So what now?"

James smiled, "Now I think we should complete Grandpa's work. We should find a Vault."

Julien sighed "I was afraid you'd say that."

"Yet knew I would."
