Unexpected Visit

Time was passing and two weeks later your father William was taking up his office as Lanard's sheriff.

I will convert a few buildings at the marketplace to a sheriff's office and soldier's quarter and protect the king's law on these lands starting today." your father said.

"I think I have everything under control but I appreciate your help. My private house guards are patrolling the land and everything has been peaceful." You replied.

Your father dismissed your answer, "Yes, but I've also heard that there are many groups of highwayman in Scotland ambushing our caravans and merchants right now. Our king wants us to get rid of these packs once and for all."

As you enter the the dinning room Ailis and Lili bowed slightly, "Greeting milords, greetings milady."
