Tunc Dominus

Tunc Dominus - the master of time spell. The caster stops time on everything but their self. Various of the spell can slow time but it doesn't appear to be be able to reverse time like a Time Turner. Which is unfortunate Harry thinks because all of the Time Turners were destroyed two years ago in the Ministry of Magic.

Harry studies the incantation and wand movement needed to cast the spell. He attempts to cast the spell. Does it work?
