Try to lift her off

"Okay, just hold still." The guy says slowly, walking up behind her. "I'm going to try and lift you off."

Suddenly looking very nervous at the proximity of this man with her underwear on clear display Sophie flushes red and just nods silently as she feels him wrap his arms around her.

"On three." He says slowly, somewhat nervous that his body is now pressed against that of a half naked woman and that he can feel a semi growing in his shorts. "Three." He finally says, pulling her up.
