Do you keep watching?
Try to ignore it, and look for something else
You ignore her screams for help. It's difficult, but you do.
You look around at some other places. You see the downtown to the south. Thin plumes of smoke rise from there. Perhaps there are other survivors?
Looking back at the commotion, you discover that all the zombies seem to have moved on to somewhere else. You see the bloody remains of the man. His shotgun sure will come in handy. Of the girl though, you see no trace. Did she turn while you weren't looking?
You head back inside
When a Zombie epidemic strikes England, ravaging through the country, only London remains with human survivors. The other nations of the world leave it for dead. There is no cure. There is no rescue.
