Truthful Potato and Divine Fox

Sasha blushed a bit, his arm around her waist felt... nice. Comfortable. He was a damn good friend to her too but maybe sometime... "I feel the same, Walt but uhh... maybe someday... we could... try...?"

Walt stopped and blinked. "Oh? Uhmmm... ok. Yeah. We can... try." He nodded and blushed which made Sasha blush...

... but he'd said yes to her request immediately and that made her happy. "Sorry for the sudden request. There's no rush by the way."

Walt shook his head. "No no. Nothing to be sorry about! Uh, we'll uhh... go out sometime?" He sighed. "Sorry I'm bad at this."

Sasha laughed. She nudged him with her elbow. "You're doing fine. I'm just as bad. Honestly it's just a... a "friend" date! You know... to test the waters or something?" She sighed. "Honestly I'm not sure what I'm doing. But you're a good guy and now that I'm not afraid of Titans and war and stuff... I guess I'm looking for some "action"?" She blushed like a tomato. "It's silly right?"

Walt shook his head. "Hey not at all! I totally understand that! You're alive! Aaand an attractive young woman... perfectly normal." He cleared his throat and nodded. "I was a young soldier once. I completely understand. I'll try to work sometime in for us to just hang out and we'll see where it goes from there. No matter what happens I'm your friend and I want only the best for you. Ok?"

Sasha smiled and nodded. He did understand. It was new territory for her. But he'd help her however she needed to explore that... and she liked and trusted him to do it. "Ok. Sounds good. We'll hang out and stuff sometime and see where it goes from there... but you got a full a dance card so I don't mind waiting for a bit."

Walt blinked. "I do?"

She stared at him. "Are you kidding me?" She looked at him intently. "You're not kidding me! Oh man, you're so clueless sometimes it's sad."

Walt swallowed. "Ouch. Tough to hear but probably accurate. I got Senko and Tsu and...?"

Sasha sighed and smacked the back of his head with her palm. "And they say I'm dense. How can you be that unaware and call yourself a hunter? Blake, Yang, Curie, Sayoko, Roberta, Nora, Glynda-"

Walt blushed and nodded but then blinked. "Wait, what do you mean-"

"Mission, Serana, Pirotess, Merida, Demona-"

"Hang on! That don't make no sense! Are you sure-"

"Anastasia, Lydia, Aela, Haruna, Haruhime and Mystique not to mention Ada, KL-E-O and PAM who now need you to-"

"Hold up!" Walt held up his hands. "Whoa! Time out!"

Sasha shook her head. "No time outs for you! You need to figure this stuff out while the clock is ticking, Walt! Seriously. Get a handle on your shit already!"

Walt blinked. Sasha just called him out. "But you listed practically everyone! Including some I'm pretty sure still want to see me dead and escape from here."

Sasha crossed her arms shaking her head. "Doesn't mean that they wouldn't try to fuck you... some of them might like that idea to do just that!" She peers into look at his face. "You seriously didn't know... wow!" Walt looks unsteady on his feet. She shakes her head taking his arm guiding him to the porch and his chair. "Ok, big guy... let's sit you down. Friday how are his vitals?"

(("He's fine other than a temporary state of shock. Thank you, Sasha. I have been trying to get him to face this problem realistically but he's been trying to ignore it for too long. He puts blinders on himself the fool."))

Sasha sighed and nodded. She pulled out his flask from his coat pocket and then slapped his face. She handed him the flask while shaking her hand. "Damn. Like slapping granite. Come on, Bud. Drink up."

Walt did and sighed. "I'm... uhh... I'm in real trouble, aren't I?"

She chuckled. "Good to see you can see it now. You definitely could be. You've trapped yourself out here with a lot of ladies and you keep bringing more... you're going to have to figure something out eventually. You got more coming already don't you and you're out there searching for Penny's friends and Willow's daughters and everyone else?"

Walt took another drink practically finishing the flask. "Well... shit... I guess I got a lot to think about... oh man, Sasha... what am I going to do?"

She sighed and sat on the porch rail. "Well... good news is you got time still to figure it out."

Walt nodded. "And the bad news is it's a situation that ain't going to go away or get better. You're right. I fucking trapped all the ladies up here on a mountain with an old horn dog." He groaned putting his face in his hands. "It's finally happened... I'm becoming like everyone else on Prime. I lnew it was likely to happen someday but I always figured it'd take some time once it started but this slope is more slippery than I thought. Hell it's practically an avalanche already."

Sasha laughed. "Maybe so... but give yourself some credit. A few outliers aside you done real good in making everyone happy! Most would be using this situation to their advantage. It's like that show on the TV "Survivor Island"... except it's a mountain i stead and the girls are what you have to survive as they pursue you. You're hilariously out numbered. This will be the fight of your life. Time to get good."

Walt nodded. She was right and he was about to say so when the door opened and Senko poked her head out. "Welcome home, Walter! Did you pick up the ingredients I asked for?"

*Next Challenger has appeared!* said the voice in his head as she came out in her apron smiling tilting her head at him sweetly. *Domestic Fox Goddess! Round one! DFG uses "Newly wed errand" chained with a "welcome back smile" attack combo! Super effective! Critical hit!*

He swallowed nodding. He rose and handed her the bag kissing her cheek. "Fresh scallions and that tofu that you like. Thank you it's good to see you and to be home, Senko. I missed you." He gently rubbed her head.

Senko beams happily! Her precious worries washing away as she can see his aura brightening up and how happy he is to see her. She blushes happy hearing his words and her tail wags back and forth. "Such a good and sweet young man! I missed you too! Dinner will be ready soon!"

Sasha gives him a thumbs up and slips inside the door to leave them alone. Walt nods. He knows. Time to start putting up or shutting up. He'd already decided long ago anyway. "Senko... I was wondering if you might be free this evening or tomorrow? I know it's short notice but if not maybe this weekend or-"

"N-no!," Senko says then clears her throat. "I mean no, we shouldn't have to put anything off that long. I would love to spend time with you either tonight or tomorrow. What did you have in mind?"

Walt nodded and took her hand. He kneeled down. "I have been blessed. I'd like to sincerly offer my thanks for that at the Senko Shrine."

Senko smiled and blushed. "And what offering would you like to give?"

He kissed her hand then looked into her eyes. "A piece of my heart If that is acceptable of course."

Senko cried just a litte and kissed his hands. "I see. That's most generous indeed! Are you certain?"

He nodded. "Very certain. It already belongs to the divine spirit enshrined there. It should be with her... always."

Senko nodded. "It sounds like you have made up your mind in this. May I ask..." she licks her lips nervously "... just out if curiosity-"

"That night at the casino," he said. "I hadn't realized it at the time but that very moment I felt something and I knew something had changed. Looking back on it now, I realize that I fell in love from that very moment-"

Senko kissed him. He kissed her back. A breeze blew down the mountain. It seemed as though it carried the scent of cherry blossoms on the air.

Her lips and mouth tasted surprisingly sweet and good. Likely something she'd been taste testing. But there was a hint of something more. Something delicious... something intoxicating!

Senko broke the kiss blushing. She shouldn't have done that! That was wrong! Still... it was wonderful! He was wonderful... and he freely loved her! Wanted to pledge and give her a piece of his heart! And she wanted it! Even more she wanted... "I think we should! Either tonight or tomorrow is fine... but tomorrow might be best..."

Walt blinked. "Why is that?"

Senko blushed. "It might be hard to restrain myself- Mhmmmm!"

Walt kissed her this time. When they stopped panting he was shaking his head. "I'll do as you wish but... No more restraining yourself, Senko. I don't want that for you. Not for my sake."

She shakes her head. "Oh sweet man... but it's not for my sake... or yours." She licked her lips. "It's for their's."

Walt laughed. "Oh, dear. Sounds like I'm in trouble." He smiled and looked directly in her eyes. "I told you before... I'll accept that. I'm not afraid. I love y-"

Senko pinched his lips together blushing. "You are reckless! And bold! And very, very sweet! Tonight then.... come to the shrine later when the moon has risen." She kissed his forehead. "You make me very, very happy Walter." She slowly let go of him and then turned to hurry inside.

Walt nodded. "Guess I better go prepare... and if I'm going to do that... I might as well..."
