Tries to disengage

Realizing the woman is pissed at being woken up, Kyle quickly blurts out "s-sorry to bother you, I'll just be going," and starts to turn away.

The woman's voice cracks out like a whip however, freezing him in place. "Stay right there, boy! I'll tell you when you can leave!"

She beckons with one hand, snapping a command at him like he's a disobedient dog, "come here and explain why you've disturbed my rest!"

The tone of her voice implies the explanation better be good...
