Perhaps magic is the answer. The Fey were practiclly made out of magic, that is why he had such a hard time enslaving the sisters and keeping Titania from killing him. Perhaps if he told her that it was a new ritual to increase magical abilities Robbie could keep Titania docile enough to fully turn her over to his side.
