Transexual World (A,B, or Others)

There are three worlds for transsexuals.

A. One where they *become* the gender they wish they were exactly. People have a fetish, and urge to fuck them. I.E. men and women will want to have sex women born a male, or men born a female.

B. The second is a world where Transexuals cannot change their gender, but are accepted as they identify. So it is common to see men dress and act like woman, and for woman to dress/act like men. The last world allows neither, but almost everyone is a transexual dressing up secretly as the other gender and love to "accidentally" get fucked by their same sex friends-- this is a world that loves tricking a so-called straight friend into fucking another friend.

Others. And of course these are worlds without sexual taboo, so many other fetishes could come into play.
