Trainers

“I’d like to know more about being a Trainer,” you reply curiously.

Adam looks at you apprehensively before responding, “This is a tough role but one that is a perfect fit for Dominants. As a Trainer, you will have two tasks. One, you are tasked with breaking-in and punishing any wayward individuals who fail to fulfill their duty to procreate. Two, you are tasked with training and molding slaves to the liking of the Breeding Center’s most discerning clientele.

To become a Trainer, you need to be certified by a Breeding Center. There will be a screening process to make sure that you are made of the right kind of stock to be a Trainer. You will also be graded and given a score which will indicate the type of jobs that you can take. While you can retake the exam after every 6 months to increase your score, you must pass the exam at least once every 2 years to remain a registered Trainer.

Once you are certified, you can then take on whatever jobs that you’d like to do. There are no restrictions on the type of job that you can take except that you should not do anything illegal. You get paid by job and have no mandated working hours. You just need to get the job done as requested by the client.

There is no time commitment if you choose this role. You can stop being a Trainer whenever you want to. However, you may lose your right to be a trainer if (1) you fail your Trainer exam, (2) you are not able to train at least 1 candidate in the period of 12 months, or (3) if you break the laws. Moreover, you are not allowed to have relationship / mate / lover while you are a Trainer so that you always remain objective and tough. As such, your duty to have an offspring is delayed indefinitely while you are a Trainer.
