Train your quirk constantly

Due to training your quirk constantly you have high levels of control of it similar to medium ranked pro heroes. Due to genius level intellect your grades do not suffer and you often ace your tests with minimal effort. You are now able to produce beams of light that travel at around 10% the speed of light and create small fields of light that can heal minor wounds and lessen damage from major wounds. Your abilities over darkness however are not as skilled as your light ones due to the fact that many have said it was and evil power and fit for a villain. While you did not let this stop you in training and using it they did bring up a good point given the fact that your darkness abilities can very easily kill someone even when you are controlling it. Also you have been training to coat your body in either light or darkness and access the power of gravity that darkness has, however you have so far unsuccessful due to it requiring enormous stamina and control to both use it and keep it up for any significant amount of time.
