Tomorrow is a new day

Well Mia and I start our first day of classes at Ohio State tomorrow.We bought the books we need a week ago. We're taking the usual freshman classes of philosophy, algebra and I'm taking english literature and psychology.

Tonight we decided to go to Garcia's restaurant on the corner of Hudson and High street a couple of blocks from our apartment to celebrate our start of classes tomorrow. I'm wearing a simple brown dress and a pair of sandals and Mia is wearing a Beavis and Butthead tee shirt, blue jeans and her Birkenstock sandals. I begged her not to wear her Beavis and Butthead shirt but she did anyway. Although she thinks it's a hilarious show I think it's the stupidest thing I've ever seen.

After dinner we return home and sit on the porch. Our neighbor Mary joins us. I guess she too is a fan of Beavis and Butthead and the two of them talk about their favorite episodes. Mia gets a smirk on her face." Ari hates Beavis and Butthead, I guess it's too lowbrow for her." Mary looks at me and laughs." Oh c'mon Ari. It's supposed to be stupid, that's the point."

I roll my eyes as I sit on Mia's lap and Mary continues." You just don't have an appreciation of the finer things in life." I sigh." The finer things in life huh? It would be different if they had redeeming qualities but they don't, they're just a couple of idiots. The only character on the show I like is Daria. In fact she should get her own show." They both laugh." You mean Diarrhea?" Even I have to laugh at that." Yeah her funny girls." They both erupt into fits of laughter.

I get up." I gotta go to the bathroom, I'll be right back." Mia the comedian that she is says." I hope you don't have diarrhea Daria." I put my hands on my hips and squint at them as they laugh." Ha ha very funny. Anybody want anything from the kitchen while I'm in there." They both say no and I go in to pee. When I come back out to the porch Mary says goodnight and goes in to go to bed.

I sit back down on Mia's lap and she holds me tight." Did you have a good time at dinner tonight?" I look into her beautiful blue eyes and smile." Yes, the food was delicious, thanks for taking me." She kisses me on the lips." Thanks for being you Ari, I love you so much. " I smile at her then kiss her." And I love you Mia."

We sit on the porch a while longer before going inside and going to bed. Nude, we snuggle in bed and fall asleep. Tomorrow will be a busy day for both of us.
