Time stop

This power does exactly what it says it does. When activated it stop time, or at least it seems to stop time. The user can still move around and interact with objects and people as normal though people will only react slightly to the users touch. For example, the user could grab and throw a ball but the ball might stop in midair a small distance from the user. The user can also interact freely with any person in the time stop such as touching them or punching them.

This variant has a lewd twist though, if touching a person, the persons body can still react unconsciously ie if you slap them their body might flinch or if you fuck them their body part can still tighten or loosen and so on. But the person will only feel the effects of any touch be it pain or pleasure at the end of the time stop in sequence of the touch.
