Time for Phoebe

 Phoebe stretched out her muscles, going through preparation techniques she had learned in her martial arts training.  She had tried to escape into the mist several times, tried calling for Leo, tried using her cellphone, (no service, of course!) and now she simply waited.  Whoever or whatever had brought her here would reveal themselves eventually, and when they did she had to be as ready as possible.  She wiped a bead of sweat from her forehead and suddenly became aware of eyes on her.

   Phoebe spun, adopting a defensive stance to find a large man in a robe standing at the edge of the wall of mist, watching her.  The look he gave her was familiar, she'd recieved the same look countless times from across the bar, he was undressing her with his eyes.  But there was something about his gaze, an intensity that sent a shiver up her spine.  She stifled the feeling of dread with a calming breath.

   "Who are you, and where am I?"  Phoebe asked as threateningly as she could.

   "I am Kael,"  The large man in the robe answered, as he slowly advanced upon her.  "And you are in your new home."

   "My new home?"  Phoebe said the feeling of dread growing.

   "Yes little one, your new home from now until the day I grow bored with you."  Kael had now advanced to within striking distance of her.

   "You keep your distance!"  Phoebe warned.

   "I will teach you to obey."  Kael said as he reached for her.
