As the months go by you again perform dances for your master while showing off your pregnant belly. The larger your belly becomes, the more pleased your master is. You instead seem to have a quirk that makes it so you have an easier time getting pregnant with multiple kids. As a broodmare, that makes you exceptionally valuable.
