Time Period- nothing exact but right after the Cival War

Town population- couple of hundreds, but people travel in and out of town

No goverment/and gold/opium/sex- The Town not let part of any goverment so things can get wild. There also a lot of gold in them hills, also a lot of opium being ship through in the underground.
