Things start just fine

When she found out what trouble she was in, Natalie was very grateful for the Angels' protection. Several of the kidnap victims were her friends, and she didn't want to be next.

Natalie was in the middle of filming Annihilation, a horror film set in the countryside. Access to the set was strictly limited. Lily arranged fake IDs for the three of them, and they snuck into the set as junior crew members. Lily was a junior member of the make-up team, Ali worked in costume design, and Doutzen would be responsible for fetching coffees for the executives. This way, one of them could have Natalie in their sites at all times, although most of the responsibility fell on Doutzen. The three of them would then accompany Natalie home after filming, and take it in turns to stand guard over her while she slept.

The first two days were almost completely uneventful. None of the Angels noticed anything out of the ordinary, although Lily was slightly suspicious of two black Land Rovers that were parked near the set one day.

It was on day three that things started to go wrong.
