Things Get Worse: Someone Exits From The House Behind Them

Kelsey tries her best to come up with a solution, but suddenly they hear a noise behind them!

Out from one of the back doors they passed, a lady with a few gardening tools steps out of her house. She doesn’t look around at first; instead she looks towards her small garden.

Kelsey and Kate looked at each other. This was bad. The two didn’t have a single good spot to hide. The shed itself wouldn’t be any good. The front or back of it would be in view of both yards. Regardless of which side they went to, they’d be exposed to one of the two women.

The two didn’t have much time to think either. Kate didn’t have a bit of clothing, and Kelsey wasn’t far off. They did not need the lady gardening seeing them. The last option would be to stay where they are.

Kelsey was worried her heart would explode. She had never been quite this on edge before. It wasn’t time to think anymore though, it was time to act!
