You knew wishing directly to the coin had absolutely no effect besides changes to your wife, you have already seen the changes it could bring, not only did it affect her body, it included also her mind and even beyond that; space and time could be modified somehow with how not only it changed her ethnicity, but her past too. Jumping into your arms was a nice surprise, but it was something that Sarah was known to do when she was younger, so not only she was still as playful as she was before, either due to her de-aging, but maybe because she was under less-stress from normal life, heck, maybe it was a combination of both that made her so playful now?

Still, that was something he will need to think about later on, just like how he will be able to remember everything about his new life if he didn’t even know if his wife’s name was the same or even that changed.

So then, what could he do? Direct wishing was obviously out, so how could he use the ability of the coin for himself? Well, more so than he already did that was. It had to be something related to his wife that could affect him too; looking at the photos for inspiration, he noticed something that was obvious for anyone that liked the music. Everyone involved seemed to have amazing bodies, obviously due to all the training and care that they put on themselves… So why not start there? He already changed her past, she gained such an amazing slender body, so why could he not jump on that?

“I think I got it… just… how to put into a wish that would affect me too? Let’s see… I wish that my wife had convinced me since we met to join her in her fitness program so we could spend time together there too, so when she did exercise I joined her too? It is not that… weird” wait… it felt wrong, it was such an odd sensation, almost as if your body wasn’t your own.

The feeling passed, but it had been disorienting; was that how your wife felt every time you wished for something? Still, you looked again at the photos and you were impressed with what you found; your wife hasn't changed beyond the original wish, thankfully, but there was a huge difference in how you looked. While you may not have been overweight before, you were sure your body was not in good shape, now, with the help of the coin it seemed everything in your body was more firm, with nothing bulging like a bodybuilder, but there was some muscle in there, no gut even. you haven’t felt this great since your college days.

What else could you do with it? Now that you have found some loop-hole, well, not really one, just a smarter way to wish for something. Sarah had always been the better thinker, sure, but maybe it was time to take a page out of her book and think diagonally instead of trying to break through a wall with pure determination like you usually did.

It was obvious why this worked, after all, it had involved your wife in some way, so it was obvious that by changing the past and making you a part of that it had helped on the wish making and had affected you as an extra, but what to do about your age? Sure, now you had a great body, but that did not change how weird you looked alongside such a young looking woman; more like a Korean wife, she looked like an older niece visiting his uncle.

“So… something again to do with the wife; good lord, let’s see if I can do it, what if… what if since I met her, she has always had such a positive effect in me that just by being with her she made her husband age slower and have more energy… was that too much?” The coin on his hand seemed to be pulsing at intervals, as if it was debating if placing the wish in that way was still legal, but just like with the previous one, he soon felt a bit disoriented.

Letting the feeling passby, he noticed that this time, the photos showed a little bit of difference, instead of the man obviously crossing into his middle age, now he seemed somewhat like when he did on college; he was no teenager, that was for sure, but at least now he didn’t look so out of place in every photo. Something he also noticed was the fact that the people in the photos seemed to interact more with him. Seems like when he looked normal he was too out of touch and place for most of them, but now with his revitalized look he was one more in the bunch… was his imagination or several of the girls seemed to be a lot closer to him in the photos?

Whatever else you got on your mind, it all evaporated at the sound of the office door jiggling.
