When you turn to look, you see nobody. Maybe the beer was extra strong. Or maybe this cute waitress is your shemale in disguise and she slipped something into your drink. You eat your pizza in silence. A few times you could have sworn you heard a noise just behind you, but there is nothing there when you look. You keep the corner of your eye looking back, but never see anything move. You feel something touch your arm right after you finish your beer, and you grab at it.

"Hey, I didn't mean to startle you." The waitress has just brought you another beer and tapped you on the shoulder since you weren't paying attention. She sets the glass down and picks up the empty one.

"Oh, sorry. I was just spaced out, thinking." She grins and gently pulls her hand from your grip.

"I'm off in five. Finish your beer by then so we can go!" She gives you a playful tap on the shoulder again and heads off to finish her shift. You slap your neck as you feel something wet touch you there. Your hand comes away damp. You touch your neck again and find that you have been sweating a little. Maybe it was just a droplet of sweat dripping from your hair.
