What did John do?
The world thinks Jesse was always a woman
"What did you do!?" Jesse screamed barging into the living room. She was wearing an oversized white t-shirt as a nightgown.
John sat up, "It wasn't me, the stone-"
"Don't blame the stone," Jesse said, "You just wanted to see what would happen didn't you."
"I wouldn't," John said, "Let's calm down for a second and tell me what happened."
Jesse took took a deep breath. "When I woke up, I checked my socials. Every picture of me there is of the female version of me. Except like I'm still wearing my men's clothes. Apparently my family and friends think I was a tomboy up until a few days ago when I started embracing my femininity. My driver's license even changed."
John let out a sigh, "Okay that at least isn't a big problem. That actually solves the issue of you missing work. At least your boss won't question you for being a woman."
Jesse wanted to yell at John, but she resigned herself to letting him off easy, "Fine, it's not like the worst, but I get to keep the stone. I don't want you touching it again."
"Fine," John said picking the stone up with a napkin. He folded it and passed it to Jesse, "Keep it in a purse or something."
Jesse gingerly accepted the bundle and went back to her room. It took her a half hour, but eventually she came back. She was clearly wearing her old clothes meant for a more bulky man.

"Don't laugh," She said pounting. "This is the only thing I could wear that fit.
John smirked, "I didn't say anything."
"Fuck you..." She said. "Where is your apartment? We need that address."
John nodded, "Not too far from the bar."
"Good I hope who ever sent it can figure out how to reverse it."
John nodded and they headed out. It wasn't long before they were back in his apartment. He kept his hands in his pocket to avoid accidentally touching the stone he assumed Jesse kept in her pants pocket or something. Until something familiar brushed his hand.
