The witch left a note

She also wrote that she’ll return in 3 years and maybe change us back and that our lives have changed to accommodate our new forms.” Having finished he walks away.

We head downstairs, make it through the crowd, and end up outside. We say our goodbyes and head to our cars. As we walk the long distance back to our car, I find myself no longer struggling with the heels, as if I’ve worn them all my life.
