The town of Rosewood

A dirty bomb has gone off in the sleepy town of Rosewood. The entire population has gone silent just as the early evening was about to set in, with every resident and visitor in town being reduced to a helpless catatonic state. Minutes after, a large gang of miscreants roll in to take advantage of the sudden stand still. They broke into homes and businesses, looting and pillaging whatever they could carry in their 18 wheeler trucks. They had their fun with the residents, toying with them and using any woman that caught their eye. With all the time in the world to enjoy themselves, the party continued long into the next day, effectively claiming the town as their own.
