The start of another work week

Dean woke up to his alarm well rested, it’s amazing what sex can do. He looked over next to him in the bed, he was alone. He didn’t care at the moment, he showered and got ready for work.

Dean walked down the hall, Richard’s door was of course shut. But he notices the guest bedroom was slightly ajar which was abnormal. He pushed the door and peaked in, both Brooke and Alexa were in the guest bed sleeping. That’s an odd sight, why wouldn’t Alexa be in Richard’s room? Dean was kind of surprised they both weren’t in Richard’s room. Dean quietly closes the door.

Dean is off to work.

Dean has a busy morning ahead of him while he gets acclimated to working at his office again after being away on his business trip. Time flies by, before he realizes it, it’s lunch time.

Dean hasn’t heard from Brooke today but that isn’t unusual. It’s been awhile but Dean decides to check his camera to spy on everyone in his house. He opens the app and finds that all his cameras are offline. “What?” Dean audibly says to himself. His first thought is that someone tampered with them. His second more reasonable thought was that the camera’s died. There were so many camera’s and it’s been well over a week since he last handled them and changed their batteries. It was Dean’s only foolish neglect, now he didn’t have any eyes in his house, he will have to fix that soon.

Without the reasonable means to spy Dean will have to figured out another way to know what’s going on. So he texts the source, Brooke. Surprisingly she answers and tells him they are going to practice driving again, Brooke doesn’t elaborate but it doesn’t sound like Alexa is going with them, maybe she already left the house.

Dean can’t believe they are practicing driving again, how much practice does he need? Driving isn’t that hard. Dean dives back into his work to get his mind off things. While working on his computer he has to transfer files to a flash drive. A thought just popped into his head, where was that flash drive he took from Brooke’s office.

Dean searched through his stuff at work trying to find it with no luck. The last he remembers of it was having it in pants he was wearing at home, he didn’t remember taking the flash drive out so they must be in those pair of pants. Dean made a mental note to remember this later when he gets home.

The work day continues as normal, nothing out of the ordinary happens. With Dean not having access to the camera’s at home, he doesn’t know what is happening there. Instead of obsessing he is able to throw himself in his work for the last hours of the day. Dean heads home after a productive day.
