Quirk- transmutation mist

This quirk Is seemingly a mutation of the pro hero miss midnights quirk. It allows the user to emit a purple mist with special properties, this mist can be altered with a thought. The most simple move is turning the mist into a smoke screen or tear gas, with these moves you can also sense anyone who enters the mist. The more complex moves require extensive focus, but it allows the creation of solid objects like weapons and armor. The objects can be temporary or permanent depending on the amount of focus used. Note- There is a case documented in which a small dog was replicated for a few seconds but accounts of the incident are limited and unconfirmed. Due to the manifestation of the quirk being so late in life the full extent of the power is unknown, though as of now it seems to be quite unpredictable and unstable at times. For those reasons use of this quirk should be strictly limited by the government until more is understood of it's true nature. Further observation of the subject is recommended but not mandatory. Based on current info the request for transfer to UA college is approved.
