The return to normalcy, almost.

Breakfast passed uneventfully aside from a few knowing looks from Ingrid, with just the corners of her mouth lifted in a little smirk Sean was thankful Anna decided not to ruin Magnus's plan, that could have made things complicated.

Chloe, Sean, and Magnus left the way they had arrived, in Magnus's luxurious car, though this time Chloe laid down across the back seats to sleep off the night before. Sean felt some butterflies in his stomach. He'd always thought of this as just a one-time thing, was Magnus suggesting it could continue? But after what he saw last night, did he want it too?
