The queen gets dressed in front of you

"Come on, Baby," Cersei tells you, placing a gentle hand on your back, "You can help Mummy prepare for the day."

You are confused. How could you possibly help her get ready? While you have a bit of experience in most lines of work, you have none in fashion, let alone dressing and undressing nobles. But then you realize the implication behind that statement; the queen is going to let you see what is beneath that nightgown of hers!

You simply nod your head and say "As you wish, Mummy."

She smiles in approval, and she escorts you over to a door on the far side of the room. As always, Dorcas and Senelle follow close behind. You are able to walk a little more straight than you did last night. Perhaps you are starting to get accustomed to moving around in diapers. You still have a waddle in your step, but it is a little less pronounced than it was yesterday. You find you do not really mind the waddle anymore.

On the way to the door, both of the maids sneak a couple pats at your diapered bottom. You do not mind that either; you find it rather affectionate.

When you reach the door, Cersei opens it and urges you inside. It turns out to be her clothing closet. It is about half the size of her bedchamber, and there are scores of gorgeous gowns hanging along the walls. Almost every piece of the lower half of the walls is covered by clothing, except for three spots which are covered by full-body mirrors. Light is provided by a skylight on the ceiling and roof, but there are a few sconces on the upper half of the walls for holding torches when it is dark outside.

Seeing all this elaborate apparel suddenly reminds you how the only thing you are clad in is a thick layer of padding, wrapped around your loins. It makes you feel a little self-conscious, but only a little.

"So, Baby," says Queen Cersei, turning to you, "What should Mummy wear today? I'll let you decide."

You spend a couple minutes browsing through the selection, and you ultimately come across a gorgeous gown made of bright crimson silk and golden velvet. Those happen to be the colors of House Lannister. More than that, the gown has a low-cut bodice.

"How about this?" you suggest, pointing out the gown in particular.

She seems pleased with your pick. "Excellent choice. Dorcas, Senelle."

At that, the maids step forward. You waddle back a couple steps to give the women some space. The queen lifts her arms, and the maids pull her gown off her in one fluid motion.

Finally, you see the queen naked. Her physique matches her face; absolutely flawless and stunning. Her breasts are even bigger than they appeared at first. Even Dorcas and Senelle do not have such a fine bust.

You feel a quiver in your nappies, and you struggle to keep it under control. This is a very rare privilege; to be present when the Queen is changing. You do not wish to ruin it by making her uncomfortable.

Your worries may be unfounded, as she looks over at you and gives you a sultry grin. You almost swear she makes a seductive pose at one moment. But the moment passes, and Dorcas and Senelle fetch the dress you picked and proceed to dress the Queen. You just watch on, dumbfounded.
