The perfect pad

Kay had found three spots close to campus that were all possible candidates. She was busy telling Val about the complex algorithm she had devised to pick the best one for the respective needs. Val sat in the car beside her not really listening. Instead she thought about some of the outfits she had put together. She couldn’t wait to give them a run out in front of young hung frat boys.

As Kay nattered on about something Val thought about the possibilities of a whole campus of young virile men. She hadn’t been to college but she’d been to enough Frat parties in her youth to know that you college boys had an appetite that she was uniquely placed to fill. Smiling to herself she caught her reflection in the car mirror, in fact you could almost say it was the young college men that would be doing the filling.

As they pulled up to the first possible flat Kay got a call from the landlord to say that he was going to have to rent the place to some students who had seen it earlier that day. Kay was going to drive on but Val was bored driving and told Kay to say that they were in the neighborhood and could they have a look just to get a feel for the accommodation on offer. The landlord sounded a little surprised and emphasized that he had already agreed to rent it to someone else but said a viewing would be no problem.

Once they got to the front door Val took the lead. The landlord didn’t even notice Kay was there for about twenty minutes. He spent the entire time following Val around as she squeeled in fake excitement about moving out of home to go to college. A more astute observer might have wondered about a woman her age just leaving home but the only time the landlord’s eyes left her chest was when they were following her ass.

In quite the coincidence the landlord received a text saying the other students had sorted out other accommodation for themselves just a minutes after Val had a look at the ensuite in her room. Kay was never sure whether it was the way Val said “It’s so big” when she entered the room or whether it was how she said “oh I could really see myself getting soapy in this” when she saw the bath that was the dealbreaker for the landlord. Probably a little of both.

The landlord went to draw up the rental agreement (and purchase some hidden cameras - for extra security of course) and left Kay and Val in the apartment.

“So,” said Kay “That’s the undercover identity, our accommodation and of course the outfits taken care of.”
