The nurse has instructions

“Alexa,” Nurse Katie said. “I’ve been expecting you. Your mommy told me about your accidents and sent me specific instructions. Give me those diapers now.”

Alexa obeyed setting the package of diapers down along with the supplies. “Please, nurse Katie, I…”

“Shut up,” Nurse Katie said sternly. “You were the same girl that insulted me the other day calling me a beached whale. So you are going to remain silent. I have very specific instructions and I plan to obey every letter. Starting with this.”

Nurse Katie reached into a drawer and pulled out… “a pacifier?” Alexa whimpered.

Nurse Katie nodded and shoved it in her mouth. “Now that pacifier does not leave your mouth. You are to speak with it in. If that ever leaves your mouth, I am to contact your mother. And you are to be spanked in front of whoever may be watching. So keep that in no matter what. You’ll do your work as you would and you’ll also give a speech at graduation all of which will be with that pacifier in your mouth. You will visit me in the morning, after lunch, and at the end of the day every single day until you graduate. You will still be cheerleading, however you will no longer be head cheerleader. Instead, Megan and Isabel will take over that role. Now, come here, I need to check your diaper.”

Alexa stepped forward as Nurse Katie felt her diaper. “A little wet, but nothing that needs a change. Now get to class and remember keep the pacifier in your mouth unless you want to be spanked.”

Alexa whimpered as she left the office to see Heather and Charlotte standing outside both with big grins on their faces.
