The game begins

The atmosphere in the living room grew thicker with every passing minute, the air heavy with the scent of **** and unspoken tension. For the first few rounds, the games stayed relatively tame—Jake had to admit to a crush on a coworker, and Tyler was dared to do twenty pushups while screaming lyrics to a song. Everyone was laughing, the booze loosening their tongues and making the boundaries of normal start to blur.

Finally, the circle narrowed and the question landed on Mia. She felt the weight of everyone’s gaze—Ethan’s curious eyes, and the predatory, hungry stares of the other three guys.

“Alright, Mia” Jake teased, leaning forward with a crooked grin. “Truth or Dare?” Mia felt her heart hammering against her ribs like a trapped bird.

Mia took a long, steadying sip of her drink, the liquid burning a path down her throat as she gathered her courage. She looked directly at the guys with a spark lighting up her eyes despite the frantic pounding of her heart. “Dare” she declared, her voice surprisingly steady.

A collective Ooooooh! erupted from the group. Even Ethan leaned in, his eyebrows arched in anticipation. “Alright, Mia” Tyler purred, his voice dropping into a low, conspiratorial register. “Since you're feeling so brave... we dare you to put on exactly what you were planning to wear for Ethan once everyone else left tonight”

The silence that followed was deafening. Mia felt the blood drain from her face before rushing back in a scorching wave of heat.

Mia’s jaw dropped, her mouth hanging open in sheer shock. She felt like she was about to faint from the sheer audacity of the dare. You... you can't be serious! she squeaked, her voice cracking as she looked toward Ethan, expecting him to shut the whole thing down.

Instead, Ethan just threw his head back and laughed, a relaxed grin on his face. “Actually, I'm totally cool with it” he admitted, gesturing vaguely toward the guys. “I mean, you guys have seen her in that tiny bikini a million times at the beach and the pool. It’s not like it’s a total secret”

The guys chuckled in agreement, though their eyes remained fixed on her with renewed intensity. “Exactly” Matt added, his voice husky. “We know you've got the goods, Mia”
