The first challenge is long coming.
You wait, and wait, and wait. It seems like forever but you hear a door open at the far end of the arena and "zobat I chose you." said softly without preamble before the woosh of a pokeball opening and the disorientating sound of zobat sonar. You aren't sure what to do but quickly try throwing out your pikachu who looks around and makes a few sparks lighting up the room a bit showing the large wide mouthed bat bearing down on you in flickers.
