The exam begins

“So this is Alexa’s first full nude exam,” Dr. Young said. “Which means we really need to be thorough and understand everything we can. We need to take a look in between her legs at her vagina. We can see her hymen is still intact which means that she has not had sexual intercourse which means she most likely won’t have any STIs, but we still like to check just in case so we need to swab her like this and then put it into a bag like this. We want to do this immediately so nothing infects it or tampers with the results. We’ll send this immediately to the labs to get it tested. We also need to check for any signs of urinary infections, yeast, and so on. She seems healthy to me which is good.”

“Doctor, is it normal for her to not have any pubic hair by this age?” Thea asked as she reached over and felt Alexa’s crotch as if to make sure there weren’t any micro hairs.

“Some girls when they go through puberty especially if they experience puberty too early, may not always develop like everyone else. It’s common and harmless, but it’s rare for there to not be anything, but definitely not impossible,” Dr. Young explained.

“So we shouldn’t be worried about the lack of breast tissue?” Bella asked. “Would she be able to lactate properly if needed?”

“Most likely she won’t be able to, but that’s okay. That’s why formula exists because not all mothers can naturally lactate for various reasons not just for size reasons,” Dr. Young said as she felt Alexa’s breasts and even tweaked her nipples. “What matters most is it seems she is healthy. There’s no abnormalities, no lumps, nothing.”

“So the lack of size isn’t troublesome?” Thea asked.

“Not if there are no side effects or causes to it. Mother nature works in mysterious ways,” Dr. Young answered. “She is a bit small in stature so it’s not unreasonable that her body would also mimic that standard. That’s not to say all small women have small breasts, obviously it depends on the genes and so on.”

Alexa’s face glowed red at all the questions the doctors were asking. “Okay, should we do a rectal exam now?”

“Yes, please turn over, Ms. Johnson,” Dr. Young said. “Stick that bottom in the air for us.”

Alexa blushed as she turned over onto her stomach, her bare bottom facing the three women.
