The doctor enters. It’s an older woman.

Alexa waited as she heard a knock on the door. The door promptly opened. “Hello, Alexa,” the woman said. “I’m Dr Angeline Ford. I see you’re in here today for... bladder problems.”

“Yes,” Alexa said, blushing.

The doctor instantly noticed Alexa’s wet Care Bear pull ups. “Did you do that just now?” She asked.

“N-no, I... I fell asleep,” Alexa said, looking down at the floor.

“I see,” Angeline said. “Well, that’s why we’re here right? Well go on, lay down on your back. Put your feet on the table so your knees point up to the ceiling.”

Alexa cooperated as Angeline approached her. Angeline reached for the waistband of Alexa’s pull up and pulled it down to Alexa’s ankles. She then placed a plastic sheet underneath Alexa and then began massaging her stomach. She felt around Alexa’s pelvis area including pushing down on her bladder making Alexa squirm a little. “How long have you been wetting the bed?” She asked.

“For as long as I can remember,” Alexa answered. “I just got good at hiding it from my family. But every night I wake up wet no matter what I do.”

“Any daytime accidents or when you’re fully awake?” Angeline asked.

“S-sometimes,” Alexa answered.

“When was the last time you had an accident when you were conscious?” Angeline asked.

Alexa whimpered. “A week ago.”

“What made you wet yourself then?” Angeline asked.

“I...I was playing a game and I didn’t think I needed to go that badly. Before I knew it, I was wetting myself,” Alexa said.

“I see,” Angeline said.

She pulled up a rolling stool and sat down on it and pulled out a speculum. She inserted it into Alexa’s vaginal canal but not before properly applying lubricant. She peered inside using a small light. She then said. “Have you had any bowel movements that wasn’t in the toilet?”

Alexa shook her head. “No, never.”

“And you do have a bowel movement on a consistent basis?” she asked.

“Y-yes. Usually every two days,” Alexa said.

“I see,” She said. “I got back your lab results. There aren’t any infections or anything that would cause bladder problems. I’m looking at you and I don’t see anything wrong.”

“N-nothing’s wrong?” Alexa whimpered. “What does that mean?”

“I can run some tests, but I believe young lady, that means I can’t help you because there’s nothing wrong to begin with at least not medically. I also may have a solution to your problem, but you may not like it,” Angeline said.

“W-what’s the solution?” Alexa asked.

“I can run some tests, but there’s no guarantee anything will show up. It means, my dear. My only solution for you is to put you in diapers 24/7. During the day, at night, you’ll need to wear your diapers no matter who is there, no matter what you’re doing. I’ll send you an address to go to to pick up such supplies. You will also need to ensure that you continue doing bowel movements regularly. I suggest getting something to help soften your stool. I’ll give you a prescription for some suppositories, but I also will need to notify a caretaker to ensure you do what needs to be done,” the doctor said. “You can choose who that is or I can. But either way you’re going to be in diapers. Now you CAN try to potty train yourself or get someone to potty train you, but I warn you. You will have to either be potty trained properly or it’ll only make things worse. Self-training almost never works and potty training sporadically is sure to lead your brain confused and your accidents will only increase.”

“T-there’s no other solution?” Alexa asked.

“None,” the doctor said.

“So what now?” Alexa asked.

“I’ll be right back, don’t move,” the doctor said as she exited the room, but left the door wide open.
