The creature is filling her belly with eggs!

Aurora gagged as the creature pushed its hidden phallus into her belly. It began to thrust in peristaltic motions, fucking her as it were. She tried to spit it out, tried to bite on it if she could, but nothing seemed to work on it! It was so big!
She felt her eyes filling with tears as it thrust faster and faster. She began to feel oscillations in part of it, in the glans she suspected. Was it cumming? It began to pump. She felt herself getting dizzy, and her belly feeling fuller suddenly.
She tried to roll on her side, but the resin still held her fast.
Suddenly, she felt the tube--which she had previously assumed to be a phallus--expand to press something larger through. It **** a ball down her throat, into her tummy, where it settled. A moment later, another, and another, ball was pushed into her belly, which now ached somewhat. Over her mouth, the creature shuddered, as if in pain. A moment later, pump after pump implied that Aurora had been wrong all along about the tube. It wasn't a phallus, it was an ovipositor! She was being laced with eggs the size of tennis balls!
Aurora felt her belly expanding. Her abdominal muscles strained to contain her egg laden insides. She felt strangely dizzy. Finally, the creature began to convulse itself, and the ovipositor went flaccid. It retracted, pulling out of her throat much too slowly for Aurora's comfort, and into the orifice of the alien. The alien released her, and slumped to the ground next to her to die. She looked down at her belly.
Her girth was now about two and a half feet. Her flesh was taut, and her breasts began to ache deep down. What was happening to her?
