You start with the older and less attractive women. You bring them into your office where you ask them a few generic questions about their CVs and their experience working in the industry. These interviews are not necessary since you are already planning on recruiting them and you know that they will agree to any requirements put in the contract. In essence, you are just wasting some time, allowing the other women you are more interested in to fall back into a trance.
Before long, all the five experienced women have passed the interview and you send them home saying that they will receive a phone call or email to inform them of your decision. With only you and six young beautiful girls left in the office, it is time for you to enjoy yourself. What you are going to do will depend on how far your influence has spread. There is no need to rush as after they entered the company, there will be all the time in the world to change them into your ideal employees.
"Cecilia Yun." You call out the name of one of the girls.
A pretty Asian girl stands up almost robotically. She smiles at you and silently follow you to your office.
You are pleased with your choice. Cecilia is the only Asian girl of the group. She has a slim waist that is highlighted by the white top and black skirt she is wearing. When you were walking around during the assessment, your eyes lost themselves more than once in her deep cleavage. You kept wondering whether these breasts are natural or not considering her origins. She has long soft hair, a flawless face and a beautiful pair of lips that you want to bite. But her appeal mostly come from her long pair of legs hidden by her stockings.
You invite her to take a seat and put her at ease. Sadly, it seems that your conditioning did not go as far as you would have hoped. Your instilled a command inside the girls through the subliminal messages to check how far the conditioning has progressed: When the girls would sit down in the office, they would present you with the item they were holding. Since Cecilia kept her small pouch on her knees, you conclude that she is simply not ripe for the taking yet.
"So... Cecilia Yun. Thank you for coming here for the interview. I was quite impressed by your performance in the assessment and I would like to know a bit more about you. What can you tell me about yourself?"
You start with generic questions to gain the trust of the girl, to which she respond with generic answers. You know you cannot go too far but you cannot help but want to test the waters. Between two interview questions you found on the internet, you slip in a personal question.
"Are you single or in a relationship?"
"In a relationship." She replies without a second thought.
You maintain a calm expression and quickly move on to the next question. 'She did not realise anything. The subliminal messages have done their job and made her believe that any question I ask is a serious one that she should answer truthfully. Too bad that she is already taken but I should have expected it considering how great her body is. I'll just note it down and make sure to ask her to break up with that person.'
A few questions later, you once again test your luck. "What's your cup size?"
"B cup."
"B cup? They look larger than that though." You say in surprise.
"I am wearing a push up bra which makes them look bigger."
You smile delightedly. Thanks to the subliminal messages, Cecilia trusts you and does not realise what she is speaking about. "Would you like them to be bigger though? Maybe a boob job would be nice."
"I considered it in the past but decided against it. I may do it in the future after I stabilise my career though." She replies after some thoughts.
"That's great. Next question. Are you a virgin?"

The interview goes on for a few more minutes before you decide that it is time to move on to the next person. Cecilia is very responsive to any questions asked but you know she is not ready for physical contact yet.
"Alright. Thank you for coming here. I will send you an email soon to inform you of my decision."
She leaves a few minutes later, looking relieved that the interview was now over. You watch her slim figure disappear into the lift before heading back to the office to look for the next candidate.
"Tiffany Millard."
A beautiful brunette wearing a sleeveless top stands up. When you saw her earlier, you fantasised about fucking her from behind while pulling on her pony tail.
Once seated in your office, you restart the same cycle and ask her generic questions before moving on to more personal interesting ones.
"I see that you wear glasses. Would you mind taking them off and maybe wear contacts in the future?"
"Tell me about your three sizes."
"What is your favourite position. I hope that you like it from behind; your butt looks so fuckable."
You gradually become more and more daring but Tiffany does not seem to notice and reply as usual. Before long, she also leaves the building and you invite the next candidate in.
Sadly, you quickly find out that none of the candidates has been conditioned properly. The most you can do right now is to ask them questions to which they would answer truthfully. The girls each go through a round of questioning and leave the office, leaving you with a boner that you can only get rid of by watching a few videos online. You jerk off and clean yourself up before returning to your office to stare at the various documents.
'Take it slow. Step by step. I have to be patient if I want things to work out.'
You open your email account and start drafting up a few emails. Each girl would receive an offer and their contract. At the same time, a separate email containing some 'homework' would also be sent. The homework consisted of a few videos that they needed to watch before coming to the office.
When everything was done, you let out a sigh and leave the office. You look forward to the next week for John Doe Consultants' first day of operation.
