The Strange Door

Even though she had a bad feeling about it, Kara decides to try the evil looking door with all of its runes and symbols. As she approaches the door, she resets her bracelet so she can use her powers. Kara hesitates for a moment, and listens closely a t the door, but she can hear nothing but the usual noises coming from the club itself.

Not sure if there is anyone or anything behind the door, Kara slowly and quietly turns the knob. The door is definitely unlocked, and she opens it. What she sees beyond the door is total darkness. She takes out her phone and uses its light to peer into the room. It seems to be a reception area. But a reception area for what? She decides to go inside, quietly closing the door behind her.

Indeed it is a reception area, complete with a well stocked mini bar, a big screen TV, and several different types of seating. Directly across the room is another door that doesn't look quite as ominous and foreboding as the one she walked through. She quietly makes her way to that door, and listens closely for any noise that might be coming from behind it. Again she hears nothing, and slowly turns the knob and quietly opens the door.

What Kara saw there was a room that reminded her of a church with its pews and altar. Purple tapestries with gold pentagrams hung on the wall behind the altar. In the middle of those tapestries was an evil looking golden goat's head. "Demon worship?" Kara thought to herself. But what would demon worship have to do with the disappearing women?

With her curiosity getting the best of her, Kara stepped into the room, unaware that she was walking right into a trap. A magic trap laced with Kryptonite. Once she was through the door, several things happened all at once. The door behind her slammed shut, and a cage above her head dropped from the ceiling, trapping her completely.

Kara tries to bend the bars of the cage, but they refuse to budge to her super strength._ "This is not good" _she thinks to herself. She tries again and again to bend the bars, but none of them bend. "Well that just sucks donkey toenails!" she says out loud. She does the only thing she can do. She sits down on the floor, and waits for her captors to show up.
