Where did the currents take you?
The Shipwreck
Today the currents led you to the shipwreck of 'I'm Alone', an old ship that used to smuggle alcohol into the states during prohibition. It was aparently sunk when it's sailors refused to stop after being ordered to by the United States. It has always been your favorite of the shipwrecks here, as you're always finding some of the old alcohol buried in the sand. You tried it once and couldn't handle it, so now you collect the bottles and keep them in a collection at home.
Your dad often calls you 'Ariel' because of it, laughing as you bring new treasures to your cave or your house. He always encourages it though, knowing that you've always had an interest. Hell, maybe one day you'll get paid to do this!
You set into your normal routine, searching around in the sand for items that might have been jarred loose. There are lots of plates and rusted silverware about. You wonder which ones were the last to be used before the ships untimely demise.
Out of the corner of your eye, you see something move. You are immediately on high alert, afraid that it could be a predator. While you rarely see sharks, it's normally because your dad spots them before you do and makes a hasty retreat.
But dad isn't here today and it's all up to you ti save your skin. But you are curious at the same time. What exactly is it that has you so on edge?
What did you see?
