The Shared Bed Abstraction (Teacher)

It was time for Rina to get a new bed. Her mattress was basically falling apart. With a sigh, she headed towards the store and looked around. She rested her head on a few of them, before finally finding the perfect mattress. Her head was on it for just a few seconds and she almost fell asleep. It was by far the comfiest bed she ever felt.

For some reason, the store didn't have the bed in their system so it took much longer to buy than she would've liked. They had to talk to the owner of the store who eventually sold it to her for a few hundred dollars. Much cheaper than every other mattress in the store. She was positive though that if he felt how comfy the mattress was, that he would've either charged much more or taken it home for himself.

She quickly swapped out the mattresses and threw her old one outside. A shower, dinner, and grading essays happened over the next few hours. Then, it was finally time to go to sleep. She stripped down to her silk clothes and hopped into her bed. She didn't even have time to cover herself with her blanket as she fell asleep.

A few hours later, Tom woke up like usual. His mattress was one of the comfiest ones in the world and yet, his brain would sometimes randomly wake up at midnight. He wasn't sure if it was stress or what. He let out a sigh and was about to go back to sleep when he felt something. He opened his eyes and yelped as he saw his teacher sleeping right next to him.
