The Ring of Netorare: Targeting

A shadowy figure stood hidden in the shadows. Pausing he looked down at the ring in the palm of his hand. "Yes, my lords newest gift to the world of prudes." He smirked as he looked about, taking in the many people walking around.

With a thought the figure began flitting from shadow to shadow, evaluating the people he saw. 'Just need to find the right person for it,' he thought as he closed his hand, and diverted some of his power into crafting a glamor to insure that whoever found it would wear it.
