The Prussian Staff College

The modern age is very peaceful one. A global "League of Peace" was established in the 1940s, and ease of travel and communication has successfully facilitated goodwill towards the many nations of the world. But that didn't mean every country has abandoned its militaristic culture. As you watch the various men (normal or otherwise) saluted by passersby as they goosestep on the city streets, it's easy to imagine Germany as a nation of soldiers. And you were intent on marrying the most beautiful soldier of all.

Siegfried von Blücher was born into a well-to-do Junkers family with a strong military lineage. As soon as he started attending the Prussian Staff College, he was infected by the virus. He soon found himself blessed not only with a feminine appearance, but also crimson eyes and long silver locks. Such mutations were uncommon for the infected, but Siegfried was hardly concerned with his appearance. As if nothing had changed, he continued receiving his military education and continues to amaze his instructors with his brilliant mind for tactics.

You began corresponding with him on the "Inter-net" a year ago. You two both shared a common interest in the operas of Wagner and the medieval history of Germany, and agreed to meet up whenever possible.

Easily recognizable from his light hair and red eyes, you have little trouble finding Siegfried. He has very pale skin, almost the color of porcelain. This contrasts heavily with his military uniform, a black outfit that has two notable feminine features. Dark high-heeled boots, and a short black skirt which does a far better job of concealing the bulge in a transformed man's pants than masculine clothes.

As you walk up to him, Siegfried greets you with a salute. "Willkommen, mein freund. I'm happy to finally meet you." You wouldn't know it from his stone-faced expression. In fact, it seems more like he's meeting a foreign dignitary than a close friend. You return the salute. "My studies have concluded for the day. If you wish to go somewhere or do something with me, Berlin has plenty to offer."
