The Penguin

Batgirl struggled as she heard footsteps approaching. There were multiple people incoming, and she knew they wouldn't be friendly.

"Well, well, well...what do we have here?"

She knew that voice. It was the Penguin! Batgirl looked up, seeing him standing before her with a few of his men.

"Penguin!" she spat.

"Looks like our friend Batgirl lost her modesty, boys!"

The men all laughed, enjoying Batgirl's predicament.

She blushed at the comment, realizing that all of these thugs were seeing her naked body. It was humiliating.

"Let's get her back to base! We have some favors to repay..."

To everyone's surprise, one of the henchmen spoke up, offering a different option.

"C'mon boss, clearly she likes it out here! Why don't we repay those favors where the whole city can watch!
