The Penguin House

Vanessa groaned as her eyes fluttered open, rubbing her head. Looking around, the former CEO saw that she was in a wooden crate that was big enough for her to sit in and had airholes in the side. Then she noticed that she was sitting in the crate completely naked. She shrieked and turned bright red as she slapped an arm over her large breasts.

"Looks like our new resident is awake." She heard the male keeper say, "I told you we should've upped the dosage."

"Well, she's here now." The female keeper said, "So, let's just get her into her new home and get back to work."

Before Vanessa could even question what was going on, she let out a yelp as she felt the crate lift up, accompanied by the grunts of the keepers as they moved the crate.

"Ugh," the female keeper said, "I didn't know that she was this heavy!"

"Heavy?!" Vanessa shrieked indignantly, snarling as she went red in rage. "I'm not the one here that needs to go on a diet, Jumbo! You belong with the elephants!"

"You should consider yourself lucky right now." The female keeper commented as Vanessa felt a cold breeze go over her body for some odd reason. "If I had it my way, you'd be literally thrown to the wolves instead of the penguins."

Vanessa opened her mouth to say something, only to have what the keeper said finally click in her mind. Just what did she mean by that? Suddenly, Vanessa felt the crate being lowered to the ground as the latch in front was opened, flooding the crate with a bright light. Vanessa hissed as she squinted her eyes, crawling out of the crate.

Once she was out, Vanessa felt her entire body grow cold. As her eyes got readjusted to the light, she gasped at her surroundings. She was in a large, air conditioned building. All around her was ice and snow, with a large rock wall in the back and a large pool of water between the rocks and a glass barrier. And all around her were the small, black and white birds in question as they scurried away from the new arrival. Just then, the sound of laughter snapped Vanessa out of her stupor as she looked over her shoulder to see the keepers slowly closing the door to the exhibit.

"Now wait just a minute you sons of - " Vanessa screamed as she jumped to her feet. However, the former CEO slipped on a patch of ice and fell backwards into the pool with a loud splash.

A second later, Vanessa broke the surface of the water and let out a loud shriek. The salt water was even colder than both the air and the snow! Looking over her shoulder as she floated and shivered in the water, Vanessa saw the keepers again as they waved at her mockingly.

"GET ME OUTTA HERE, YOU IDIOTS!" Vanessa screamed as the two walked away.
