The Neg-Collar

Created by Dr. Lara Powers (think Lara Croft, but crazy, not just crazy hot), the Neg-Collar was designed to strip Ultramom of her powers, as well as providing direct neural interface. It appeared to be nothing more than a black patent leather dog collar, of the sort a goth, a dog, or submissive might wear (by design, of course). It had worked, for as long as the collar was fastened around Ultramom's supple neck, she had no more power than a normal woman.
