The Knightmares Presence

Zelda put down an empty vial and broken helmet as she sat down…

“Long ago…. The land Hyrule did not exist as of yet….. but we did as the world was nothing but a white void……!”

“Weird way of putting it…”

“We were told that a new age would come too by two travelers in the void….. until a **** of darkness came too from the void bringing darkness to the very world….. It was called…… The Knightmare…”

“The….. Knightmare?”

“We don’t know of its true origin…. But we managed to seal it within this very helmet you see before you!” Said Zelda holding it to Lin…

“Really?”

“After we beat it….. we were then told to use our powers to bring life to the barren void… But one of our own had another idea….. the old sage of Time….. Veran had other plans as she planned to sabotage the making of the new world….. as she attempted to kill us all….. but…. We managed to poison her with the very blood of the Knightmare and put an end to her plans of enslaving the new race!”

“And then…..!”

“Well…..!”

“Then i guess we kinda of gave up on making things!” Said Din

“We took a liking to your people as they worshipped us and we decided to keep things the way they were…. And see what your people would do…!” Said Farore explained….

“So even though you had amazing powers….. you just decided to live like regular Hylians?”

“Pretty Much…!” Said Nauru looking down a bit sad….

“Soo….. why am I here….. you went through the trouble of saving me….. the last warrior of my dead clan!”

“Because Lin….. I want you to serve as our guardian of sorts…. and help us with things!” Said Zelda

“What…… that’s ridiculous….. I’m a warrior….. doing house work is a waste of my talent!”

“So then…. What are you going to do then?” Asked Din

“It’s Simple….. get **** on his rival clan!” Said Farore

“….. ENOUGH….. Why must I contend to all your needs….. when I have unfinished business that deserves my full attention!!” Said Lin

“Arghhh….. Lin….. Settle down or I’m going to—“

“Just because you all control the literal planet….. doesn’t mean I’m going to give up on the friends I’ve lost….. If you won’t help me then I’ll just—Arghh….” Said Lin as he was shocked as he blown out of the dojo by Zelda….

“Arghh…. Fine then….. I’ll just sleep out here tonight!” Said Lin angrily…

1.) Lin has a nightmare and wakes up to see Nauru with hot tea on a board…

2.) Lin looks at his old sword and sighs as he looks up in the sky wondering about things…

3.) Lin wakes up to find Din cuddled up to him…
